Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist (Trial Position – Long-Term Opportunity) About Us We are a nearshore call center based in Guatemala providing bilingual customer support and call center services to companies across the United States. We help businesses reduce customer support costs while improving service quality through highly trained English-speaking agents. We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and results-driven Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify qualified companies and schedule meetings with decision makers. This is not a customer support position. This is a B2B sales development role. ⸻ Trial Position This position will begin as a paid trial project. The initial trial will last approximately 2 to 4 weeks. During this period we will evaluate: • Research skills • Quality of leads • English communication • Personalization of outreach • Organization • Follow-up consistency • Number and quality of meetings booked If the trial is successful, we intend to offer a long-term ongoing position with additional hours, performance bonuses, and opportunities for growth. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term relationship with our company. ⸻ Responsibilities Your responsibilities include the entire outbound sales process. 1. Research Companies Identify U.S. companies that are likely to need outsourced customer support. Examples include companies that are: • Hiring Customer Service Representatives • Hiring Customer Support teams • Hiring Technical Support • Growing rapidly • Opening new offices • Expanding operations • Launching new products • Participating in trade shows • Showing other buying signals ⸻ 2. Research Decision Makers Find contacts such as: • CEO • COO • VP Operations • Director of Operations • Customer Experience Director • Customer Support Director ⸻ 3. Contact Discovery Find: • Business email • LinkedIn profile • Company website ⸻ 4. Personalized Outreach Conduct outbound outreach through: • Cold Email • LinkedIn • Phone calls (when appropriate) Every message should be personalized based on your research. No mass spam. ⸻ 5. Follow-Up Continue following up until: • Meeting is booked • Prospect declines • Prospect is not qualified • Outreach sequence is completed ⸻ 6. Appointment Setting Book qualified meetings directly into our calendar. Confirm: • Date • Time • Time Zone • Attendees • Meeting link ⸻ 7. CRM Management Every interaction must be documented. Maintain accurate notes. Keep pipeline updated. ⸻ Requirements Excellent English (written and spoken) Experience researching U.S. companies Experience with B2B lead generation Experience booking meetings Excellent communication skills Highly organized Self-managed Detail-oriented Professional attitude ⸻ Preferred Experience Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator Hunter Clay RocketReach Crunchbase HubSpot Pipedrive Google Workspace AI tools such as ChatGPT ⸻ Compensation Hourly Rate Performance Bonuses Long-Term Opportunity Additional bonuses may be offered for consistently generating qualified meetings. ⸻ To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
