The Role: We're looking for a results-driven business development professional to fill our pipeline with qualified meetings. Your one job: get us in front of decision-makers. We handle the close. This is a prospecting and outreach role. We want someone who treats lead generation like a numbers game — systematic, persistent, and data-driven — and can show us a track record of booking meetings. What You'll Do: - Build and manage a targeted prospect list (event managers, corporate comms, facilities directors, university AV coordinators, hotel F&B/events teams, law firms with trial support needs) - Execute outbound outreach campaigns — primarily LinkedIn Sales Navigator (if you have it), but also cold email and other channels you've proven out - Write and A/B test messaging (approved by us first) that speaks to our core value props: technical excellence, eco-credentials, and local LA/SoCal expertise - Book qualified discovery calls - Track outreach activity, response rates, and meeting conversions in a simple CRM or tracker - Report weekly on pipeline activity and what's working Ideal Background: - Proven track record booking B2B meetings through LinkedIn outreach (please include metrics: # of outreach, connection rate, meeting rate) - Experience in AV, events, hospitality, or a related industry is a strong plus but not required - Strong written English - Self-directed and comfortable working on a performance basis KPIs: - Primary: qualified meetings booked per month - Secondary: prospect list size, outreach volume, response rate To Apply: Please share: 1.
