Sr Business Development Manager / BDM from Mumbai We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager /Business Development Manager / Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in new client acquisition, developing strategic relationships, and converting prospects into key accounts. You will also be responsible for transferring these key accounts to our dedicated account management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, IT product sales, B2B sales, and digital transformation, along with team leadership experience. Key Responsibilities: · Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges. · Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and technical support, to ensure alignment with client expectations and project objectives. · Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis. · Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and convert them into key accounts. · Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals. · Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs. · Ensure smooth transition of key accounts to the account management team for ongoing support and development. · Mentor and guide junior business development team members, sharing best practices and providing strategic insights. · Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. · Extensive experience in enterprise sales, business development, or client engagement roles, particularly within the IT product sales and digital transformation sectors. · Proven ability to acquire and convert new clients into key accounts. · Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets. · Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
