Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the elevator industry, along with solid experience in the U.S. market. This role is focused on pipeline development, client acquisition, and driving strategic growth. The ideal candidate understands how business is secured in the U.S. elevator and construction sectors, and has experience working with developers, general contractors, consultants, property managers, and building owners. This is a remote opportunity. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the U.S. elevator and construction market. Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline Develop and nurture relationships with developers, general contractors, consultants, and owners Support the preparation of bids, proposals, and tenders Collaborate with internal teams to effectively position services Track opportunities and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes Requirements Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the elevator industry (preferred). Strong track record working with U.S.-based clients and projects Solid understanding of U.S. procurement processes, bidding, and sales cycles Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Self-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver results Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with elevator companies
