Business Development Manager (Pay Per Call, Call Tracking, Lead-gen)

We’re looking for an experienced business development professional to help grow CallScaler, a call tracking and Pay-Per-Call platform for advertisers, agencies, lead-gen operators, publishers, and direct buyers. This is a fully remote role working directly with the founder. You’ll help sell the CallScaler software, run demos, recruit marketplace partners, and manage relationships across both sides of our Pay-Per-Call network. What you’ll do: - Run Zoom demos for inbound prospects and convert them into paying customers - Recruit publishers, affiliates, and direct buyers into our Pay-Per-Call marketplace - Manage ongoing communication with buyers and sellers - Help onboard new customers and marketplace partners - Build your own pipeline when inbound demo volume is slow - Share market feedback on what buyers, publishers, and customers need What we’re looking for: - Experience in Pay-Per-Call, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing - Strong sales ability, including demos, follow-up, objection handling, and closing - Comfortable talking with people on Zoom and over the phone - Self-directed, proactive, and able to operate without much management - Familiarity with how Pay-Per-Call buyers and publishers think - Existing relationships in the space are a strong plus About CallScaler: CallScaler helps businesses track, route, and monetize inbound phone calls. We also operate a marketplace where publishers and buyers transact on live calls. We’re a small, fast-moving team with no bureaucracy, so this is a good fit for someone who wants ownership and direct influence.
