The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, generating leads, and driving sales growth. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with teams to propose tailored solutions for client needs, manage the business development pipeline, and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively. Qualifications • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal negotiation • Experience in market research and identifying potential business opportunities • Proficiency in strategic planning and sales strategy development • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to manage a business pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets • Familiarity with CRM tools and other business development software is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Preferred Experience • Experience selling IT services or staffing services • Experience working with U.S.-based clients • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Upwork, government/vendor portals, or email marketing tools • Experience generating leads for technology consulting companies Compensation: Compensation can be fixed salary, commission-based, or a combination of both depending on experience.
