Business Development Manager — AI SaaS | Base + Commission| EST Hours | Fluent English Required Contract type: Base + Commission Rate: $3.00 USD/hour (160hrs/month) + commission per closed deal Commission: $50 USD per warm close (leads provided) | $100 USD per cold close (self-sourced) Hours: EST aligned --- About the Role The AI Reception is a done-for-you AI front office system serving accounting firms, mortgage brokers, and car dealerships across Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. We replace the traditional receptionist and lead follow-up process so businesses never miss a call or a lead again. We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to handle inbound leads, run outbound prospecting, and close new clients. Our technical team handles all setup and onboarding. Your job is to sell. This is a commission-forward contract. The hourly rate covers your base and real earnings come from closes. At 10 warm closes a month you earn approximately $980 USD. At 20 closes you earn $1,480 USD. Cold outreach closers earn significantly more. There is no ceiling. What You Will Do - Contact and close inbound leads generated from our ad campaigns - Prospect independently into accounting firms, mortgage brokers, and car dealerships - Present our solution confidently via video call with full training, scripts, and collateral provided from day one - Coordinate client handover to our technical team post-sale Maintain clean CRM records for all activity What We Need - 3 or more years of proven B2B outbound sales experience. You have closed deals, not just set appointments. - Prior experience selling to clients in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or the US - Excellent spoken English with a neutral, clear, and confident accent - CRM proficient and self-disciplined.
