Business Development Manager (iGaming SaaS / CRM / AI) – Remote About OptiKPI OptiKPI is an AI-powered iGaming CRM and real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP) that helps operators understand, engage, and retain players more effectively. Our platform continuously learns from real-time player behavior across gameplay, transactions, engagement, and lifecycle events, enabling operators to move beyond reactive marketing and deliver intelligent, automated, and highly personalized player experiences. We're growing fast and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate our expansion. The Role We are seeking a confident and results-oriented Business Development Manager to own top-of-funnel growth and pipeline generation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating qualified sales pipeline. You will often be the first point of contact for potential customers, making a strong first impression while uncovering business needs and positioning OptiKPI as a trusted partner. What You'll Be Doing Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads Build and maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline Research target accounts, key decision-makers, and buying signals Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospects Manage leads, activities, and opportunities within HubSpot CRM Execute and optimize outbound email campaigns and prospecting initiatives Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting Represent OptiKPI at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Consistently achieve or exceed lead generation and pipeline targets What We're Looking For: Proven experience in Business Development, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation roles Demonstrated success in converting prospects into qualified sales opportunities Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM Familiarity with outbound prospecting and email marketing tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident, proactive, and highly self-motivated Comfortable engaging with senior executives and key decision-makers Experience within iGaming, SaaS, CRM, MarTech, or AdTech is highly desirable Why Join OptiKPI?
