Business Development & Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly proactive Business Development & Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospect research, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, CRM and pipeline management, and supporting our business development efforts. This role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, generate ideas, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. Requirements: • C1 English proficiency minimum (written and conversational) • Strong business communication and email writing skills • Experience in lead generation and business development • Experience with email and LinkedIn outreach • Experience using CRM and project management tools (Monday.com experience is a plus) • Strong organizational and follow up skills • Ability to work U.S. business hours • Self-motivated and capable of working without constant supervision Compensation: • $950 USD monthly compensation • Commission opportunities available after a successful performance evaluation period This is a long-term remote opportunity for a professional who is proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to business growth. Important: This role is focused on lead generation, outreach, relationship building, and business development support. No cold calling is required.
