We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to contact companies from our database and establish long-term relationships that generate opportunities for our construction-related services. The ideal candidate will represent our companies professionally, build trust with potential clients, schedule meetings, identify project opportunities, and maintain consistent communication with key decision-makers. Relationship Building * Contact property managers, facility managers, apartment complexes, hotels, restaurants, HOAs, general contractors, developers, municipalities, schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial property owners. * Introduce company services and capabilities. * Build professional relationships with decision-makers. * Maintain regular follow-up communication. * Become a trusted resource rather than a salesperson. Lead Generation * Identify upcoming projects and maintenance opportunities. * Gather information on bid opportunities, renovations, reroofs, plumbing projects, tenant improvements, and new construction. * Schedule meetings between prospects and company management. * Generate qualified leads for estimating and sales teams.
