International Business Development Representative / Sales Agent Premium Egyptian Flax Fiber | China (Priority) & India We are an Egyptian manufacturer and exporter of premium Egyptian Flax Fiber looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to help us expand our business in China (priority) and India. Our products include: * Long Flax Fiber – Grade A * Long Flax Fiber – Grade B * Short Flax Fiber (Tow) We are not looking for someone who simply provides company lists or sends mass emails. We are looking for someone who can identify qualified buyers, communicate directly with decision makers, understand their purchasing needs, qualify their level of interest, and generate real export opportunities. Responsibilities * Identify active flax spinning mills, importers, traders, and distributors. * Contact decision makers using our official company email. * Build relationships and follow up with potential buyers. * Qualify buyers by understanding their current suppliers, purchasing needs, and interest in Egyptian flax fiber. * Arrange online meetings with qualified buyers. * Help organize business meetings during our future visits to China and India. * Submit a simple weekly Excel report showing progress, buyer status, and next actions. Initial Contract * Hourly Rate: Initial budget: $8–15/hour (up to 10 hours/week) * Maximum: 10 hours per week * Weekly budget: Up to $100 The first few weeks will be a trial period. Continuation depends on the quality of business opportunities generated, not the number of emails sent. If your work generates qualified opportunities such as sample requests, quotation requests, meetings, or serious negotiations, your working hours and compensation will be reviewed and increased. In addition, an attractive commission will be paid for every successful export order generated through your efforts. Preferred Experience Experience in international B2B sales, export business development, textiles, flax fiber, natural fibers, agricultural commodities, or the Chinese and Indian markets is highly preferred.
