Summary

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to be our dedicated phone person across multiple ventures. You'll be the voice that turns leads into signed deals so the rest of the team can stay focused on closing and operating instead of dialing. You'll spend your day on outbound calls and follow-ups, building trust quickly and guiding people toward a clear next step. If you can hold a real conversation, stay steady with people in all kinds of situations, and know how to ask for the deal, this is your seat. Day to day, you'll own the phone end to end. That means making outbound calls, working through lead lists, and following up on incoming inquiries so nothing goes cold. You'll learn each person's situation, qualify the opportunity, clearly communicate the value of what we're offering, and move every conversation toward a clear next step. Because you'll be supporting more than one business, you'll need to switch context easily and represent each one well. You'll keep everything organized in our CRM, and call volume will flex with our pipeline, so you'll pick up the phone as needed rather than clock a rigid set of hours. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who's persuasive without being pushy and genuinely good with people. You're self-motivated, thick-skinned about rejection, and driven by results. Experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development is a strong plus, but what matters most is your ability to connect, build trust, and close. Comfort with a CRM or dialer and a reliable, quiet place to make calls will help you hit the ground running.
