Summary

Business Development Representative (BDR) Cienfuegos Consulting is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and lead qualification. Responsibilities: Identify and research prospective clients Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for leadership Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships Collaborate on sales campaigns and market research initiatives Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach Experience with CRM systems Success Metrics: Outbound activity volume Qualified meetings booked Sales opportunities created Revenue influenced through pipeline generation This role offers significant growth potential for individuals looking to build a career in sales, consulting, and business development.
