Experience: 2–3 Years Job Summary: We are looking for Business Development & Sales Specialist | B2B & Lead Conversion | Inside Sales. with 2–3 years of experience in International lead generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and hands-on experience in identifying, qualifying, and generating leads for the International market. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify B2B leads for the International market through outbound prospecting. Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify potential clients. Maintain and update lead data in the CRM. Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects. Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in International lead generation/inside sales. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
