I am a marketing consultant managing an agile professional services firm focused on the residential specialty contractor sector. I am seeking a dedicated, long-term Business Development Specialist to lead client acquisition, manage inbound engagement channels, and support strategic growth initiatives. This is a continuous, long-term collaboration intended for a partner who wants to grow alongside a lean, highly automated consulting practice. Key Responsibilities Inbound and Feed Optimization: Monitor targeted professional feeds and draft highly tailored, custom communications that clearly articulate our value proposition to prospective clients. Digital Channel Engagement: Monitor active industry groups and professional social platforms to identify, track, and initiate conversations with qualified contractor business owners. Lead Qualification and Scheduling: Execute initial outreach frameworks to filter high-fit prospects, manage follow-ups, and coordinate introductory strategy sessions. Technical and Operational Stack Advanced understanding of the residential contractor space (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, remodeling, etc.). Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write highly personalized, non-templated professional copy. Experience utilizing CRM platforms (such as Notion) to track lead states, communication histories, and follow-up loops. Compensation and Milestone Structure Structure: This project is strictly structured on a pay-for-performance milestone model. Fixed-rate milestones are funded and released exclusively upon the successful delivery of verified, qualified meetings.
