Summary

We're a creative production company working with growth-stage and enterprise tech companies across North America. As we scale our business development efforts, we're looking for a detail-oriented specialist to support our outbound pipeline. The Role You'll be responsible for identifying and researching target accounts, building qualified prospect lists, and supporting outreach efforts using our established process and tools. This is a process-driven role — we provide the framework, messaging, and tooling. Your job is precise execution. Responsibilities Research and build targeted account and contact lists based on defined criteria Verify and maintain data quality across the pipeline Execute outreach sequences using provided tools and messaging Track and report activity and outcomes consistently What We're Looking For Experience in B2B lead research or business development support Familiarity with prospecting and outreach platforms Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Prior experience targeting marketing or executive-level contacts preferred Compensation Retainer plus performance incentive tied to pipeline outcomes.
