We are looking for a long-term Business Development Specialist who can help us find new clients and grow our business. ### Our Services * .NET Development * Java Development * Full-Stack Development * AI & AI Integration * Azure Cloud Solutions * Data Engineering & Data Analytics * API Development & Integration * Website Development * Application Maintenance & Support ### Your Responsibilities * Find qualified U.S. companies that need software development or IT consulting services. * Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other B2B channels. * Contact business owners, CTOs, IT Managers, and decision-makers. * Schedule meetings with qualified prospects. * Maintain a lead pipeline and provide regular progress updates. * Help build long-term client relationships. ### Preferred Industries * Logistics * Manufacturing * Retail * Healthcare * Professional Services * Small and Medium-Sized Businesses ### Requirements * Experience in B2B lead generation or business development. * Experience selling software development or IT consulting services is highly preferred. * Excellent English communication skills. * Strong LinkedIn outreach and cold email experience. * Ability to work independently and provide weekly updates. ### Budget * Initial budget: **$450/month** * This is a long-term opportunity. * As the company grows, there will be opportunities for increased compensation, performance bonuses, and greater responsibilities. ### When Applying Please include: 1.
