About Us Ambielli Company is a venture-building organization developing multiple brands across AI, membership communities, education, digital products, and talent platforms. Our current focus is the launch of an AI-powered personal and business assistant platform, followed by additional membership and education brands already in development. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager who can help us identify, recruit, and manage affiliates, influencers, newsletter operators, podcast hosts, strategic partners, and other distribution channels capable of driving qualified customers and revenue. This is not an administrative affiliate management role. This is a revenue generation role. What You'll Do * Identify and recruit high-quality affiliates and referral partners * Develop relationships with influencers, creators, newsletter owners, podcast hosts, and community leaders * Create and manage strategic partnership opportunities * Build and maintain outreach pipelines * Negotiate promotional opportunities and partnership arrangements * Coordinate affiliate onboarding and communications * Track partner performance and optimize results * Help drive customer acquisition across multiple brands within our portfolio Who We're Looking For We are looking for a builder, not a bureaucrat. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, connected, and highly entrepreneurial. You may be a fit if you have experience with: * SaaS launches * AI products * Membership businesses * Online education * Affiliate marketing * Influencer partnerships * Podcast outreach * Strategic partnerships * Joint ventures * Community-led growth Most importantly, you know how to create relationships that generate revenue. Experience with affiliate networks, influencer platforms, newsletter partnerships, creator ecosystems, referral programs, or channel partnership platforms is a plus. Compensation Please note that this is a startup-stage opportunity. Compensation will consist of: * Modest monthly retainer ($1000) * Performance-based commissions * Partnership bonuses * Revenue-sharing incentives for successful outcomes We are far more interested in rewarding results than paying large hourly retainers. If you're looking for a large guaranteed monthly engagement, this role is likely not a fit. Initial Engagement The initial engagement will be a 30-day pilot project. Our goal is to identify a long-term strategic partner who can help us scale customer acquisition and partnership development across multiple brands.
