Business Development & Upwork Bidder (UI/UX & Design Services)

We're looking for an experienced "Business Development Executive / Upwork Bidder" to help grow our design agency. Your role will include: • Managing our Upwork account • Finding relevant jobs • Writing personalized proposals • Communicating with clients • Handling initial discussions • Following up on leads • Closing projects You should have excellent written and spoken English, experience winning projects on Upwork, and a basic understanding of UI/UX design, web design, graphic design, branding, and digital products so you can confidently discuss project requirements with clients.
