Business Information Validation Associate (USA Only)

We are seeking a Business Information Validation Associate to conduct short outbound calls to businesses across the United States. Your role is to confirm the accuracy of business records by speaking with company representatives and updating verification details in our system. This is a data validation position only—there is no selling, marketing, or customer acquisition involved. This opportunity is ideal for reliable freelancers who are detail-oriented, communicate professionally, and can complete daily verification assignments with accuracy. Key Responsibilities Place outbound verification calls to assigned U.S. businesses. Validate business information including company name, physical address, ZIP code, phone number, operating hours, and other required details. Follow the provided verification guidelines and conversation script. Complete each call within approximately 3–5 minutes. Record verified information and submit accurate reports after every completed task. Maintain professional and respectful communication during every interaction. Report outdated, missing, or inconsistent business records for review. Qualifications Must currently reside in the United States. Excellent verbal English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. The initial verification call must be made using your regular mobile phone number (VoIP or virtual numbers are not permitted). Reliable phone service and stable internet connection. Previous experience in customer service, data verification, virtual assistance, or administrative support is a plus but not mandatory. Workflow Complete a brief introductory verification assignment using your personal phone number. Once approved, receive regular daily validation tasks.
