Business Response Caller – USA Only

We are looking for a U.S.-based freelancer to make short outbound calls to assigned businesses for customer-response research. Each assignment will include the business phone number, address, ZIP code, and call script. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to assigned businesses. Use the provided ZIP code and address. Follow the provided customer scenario and script. Ask the required questions. Record the representative's responses. Note services, availability, pricing, or fees when provided. Submit a brief report after each call. Requirements Must currently reside in the USA. Strong spoken English. Comfortable making outbound calls. Professional and reliable. Good attention to detail. Regular phone number required; virtual numbers are not accepted. Payment Hourly Upwork contract. Hourly rate is listed in the job post. Time tracked through Upwork Time Tracker. Payment processed through Upwork. Ongoing assignments available. Schedule Approximately 5–10 hours per week initially, with additional hours available as the project grows.
