Business Systems Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to support business process improvement, ERP implementation (NetSuite specifically), system enhancements (integration with Hubspot, Shiphero, Versapay, Shopify, Manager Plus), and digital transformation initiatives across our organization. This role bridges business operations and technology. You will work closely with business users, project managers, developers, and leadership to analyze requirements, improve processes, support software implementations, perform testing, and help maintain enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically curious, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving business problems. Responsibilities Business Analysis Gather and document business requirements. Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare functional specifications and process documentation. Create workflow diagrams and user stories. Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders. Systems Support Support ERP and business application implementations. Assist with system configuration and maintenance. Troubleshoot functional system issues. Support end users during implementations and production. Coordinate with developers and third-party vendors. Quality Assurance Develop test plans and test cases. Execute functional, integration, and regression testing. Document software defects. Validate enhancements before deployment. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Data & Reporting Perform data analysis and validation. Support data migration and imports. Create reports and dashboards. Validate data integrity across systems. Project Support Track project tasks and deliverables. Maintain project documentation. Assist with implementation planning. Monitor open issues and coordinate resolution. Technical Support Perform basic system configuration. Assist with API and integration testing. Support simple automation initiatives. Create basic SQL queries or scripts when needed. Assist developers with technical testing.
