Business Systems & GoHighLevel Automation Specialist (Long-Term VA) I'm the owner of a luxury facial aesthetics business and trying to expand my business into multiple offerings.  I'm looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to help build and optimize the backend of my growing business. This is more than a typical VA role—I'm looking for someone who enjoys creating systems, automations, organized workflows and can see revenue opportunities I am missing. You'll help connect and manage GoHighLevel, Wix, Stripe, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Zapier/Make, and email/SMS automations. Projects include client onboarding, payment-triggered workflows, memberships, retreat management, dashboards, SOP creation, and improving overall business operations. Would be a plus if you can integrate Social Media into GHL and create auto responses, etc. Requirements: • Advanced GoHighLevel experience • Strong workflow automation skills • Experience with Wix, Stripe, Google Workspace, Zapier or Make • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Able to troubleshoot and recommend better systems This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys becoming part of a growing business.
