We are looking for a U.S.-based freelancer to conduct short outbound calls for business verification and customer-service research. You will receive the business phone number, address, ZIP code, and questions for each assignment. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to assigned businesses. Verify services, availability, and general business information. Ask the provided research questions. Record the representative’s responses accurately. Note pricing or fees if voluntarily provided. Evaluate the overall customer-service experience. Submit a brief report after each call. Requirements Must be located in the USA. Strong spoken English. Comfortable making outbound calls. Professional communication. Reliable and detail-oriented. Regular phone number required; virtual numbers are not accepted. Compensation Hourly Upwork contract. Hourly rate listed in the job post.
