Hello, I’m currently seeking assistance with generating qualified leads for business and real estate lending opportunities. At the moment, I’m focusing specifically on real estate loan prospects, and I need leads that meet the following qualification criteria: Qualification Requirements: How many real estate deals have you completed in the past 24 months, and what types were they (e.g., fix & flip, rentals)? Minimum target: 3–4 completed deals. Do you currently have a property under contract, or are you still in the process of sourcing deals? Ideally, the deal should be ready or near-ready. How much liquid capital do you currently have available for this transaction (including down payment and reserves)? What is your current credit score? Minimum target: 680+ What I’m Looking For: I would like these leads to be pre-qualified and scheduled for appointments, so I can speak directly with serious, ready borrowers. To start, I would like to test with 2 qualified leads, and if successful, we can scale from there. Compensation Note: A bonus will be paid for deals that successfully get approved and funded, in addition to the base arrangement.
