Summary

Seeking an experienced acquisition analyst to source profitable small businesses for acquisition across the United States. Responsibilities include identifying on- and off-market opportunities, contacting owners and brokers, organizing financial information, maintaining a deal pipeline, and presenting qualified acquisition targets. Experience with business acquisitions, search funds, private equity, business brokerage, financial statement analysis, EBITDA/SDE, and CRM management is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to consistently deliver qualified opportunities are required.
