Summary

I need a professional 2D manufacturing blueprint and 3D CAD model for a custom sheet metal stamped terminal pin. The part will be stamped on a continuous carrier strip/reel for an automated assembly line. The terminal acts as an adapter: Side A is a female bullet socket, and Side B is a rolled cylinder pin. I have a very basic concept image of the terminal pin attached. Side A: Standard 0.156-inch (3.96 mm) female snap-bullet socket with an internal spring-retention dimple. Side B: A rolled cylinder pin with a tightly closed butt seam. Outer Diameter must be exactly 3mm. Length must 12mm.
