Growth Marketing Manager – Affiliate Marketing & Social Media (Shopify / Refersion) About Us We are a premium CBD e-commerce company with an established Shopify website, existing products, and fulfillment already in place. We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to help scale our customer acquisition through affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, creator outreach, and organic social media. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, creating partnerships, and driving measurable revenue growth. ⸻ What You’ll Be Responsible For Your primary objective is to build and scale our affiliate and creator marketing program while growing our brand across social media. Responsibilities include: * Build and manage our affiliate marketing program using Refersion for Shopify * Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and brand ambassadors * Develop relationships with YouTube creators, TikTok creators, Instagram influencers, bloggers, and wellness content creators * Create and manage influencer outreach campaigns * Generate a consistent pipeline of user-generated content (UGC) * Develop and execute organic social media strategies * Coordinate product seeding campaigns with creators * Monitor affiliate performance and optimize commissions and promotions * Analyze marketing performance and provide monthly reporting * Research new partnership opportunities and growth channels ⸻ Required Experience Applicants should have proven experience with: * Shopify * Refersion Affiliate Marketing Platform * Affiliate marketing strategy and management * Influencer and creator outreach * Organic social media growth * UGC campaign management * Email marketing (Klaviyo is a plus) * Analytics and performance reporting Experience working with CBD, supplements, wellness, health, or consumer brands is highly preferred. ⸻ What We’re Looking For We are not looking for someone who only schedules social media posts. We want someone who knows how to build a scalable customer acquisition engine through affiliate partnerships, creator relationships, and social media marketing. You should be proactive, organized, data-driven, and capable of taking ownership of this marketing channel. ⸻ Success Metrics Within your first 90 days, we would like to see: * A growing affiliate network recruited through Refersion * Active partnerships with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and wellness creators * Consistent UGC produced each month * Increased qualified traffic to our Shopify store * Measurable affiliate-driven revenue growth * Increased brand awareness across social media platforms ⸻ When Applying Please include: 1.
