CFD Engineer for Transient Multiphase Heat and Mass Transfer Simulation

Project Overview: I am an individual inventor looking for an experienced CFD simulation expert to help me generate and analyze realistic data for my project. This project involves a confidential industrial process simulation that requires expertise in transient multiphase flow, rotating equipment, heat transfer, mass transfer, and controlled gas supply. Note: Due to the proprietary nature of this project, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is required. Upon receiving your application, I will share the NDA. The work will use one base equipment model with parametric changes to scale, rotational speed, gas flow rate, and gas temperature. I require calculated numerical results, comparative data, and professional CFD animations. Detailed geometry, operating conditions, and technical objectives will be provided only after NDA execution. Scope of Work * Develop one transient CFD base model * Simulate gas-solid multiphase flow in rotating equipment * Include heat transfer and water-vapor transport * Perform parameter variations using the same base model * Calculate the time required to reach specified thermal and gas-condition targets * Provide flow, temperature, and vapor-concentration animations * Provide organized comparative results for all simulation cases Mandatory Requirements * Demonstrated experience in transient gas-solid multiphase CFD * Experience with rotating or agitated industrial equipment * Experience with heat transfer, mass transfer, and water-vapor transport * Ability to perform parametric variations without treating every variation as a separate equipment-modeling project * Ability to provide professional CFD animations * Ability to provide complete numerical results in editable Excel or CSV format * Ability to provide time-history data and target-achievement times * Willingness to sign an NDA before receiving confidential project information Data Integrity Requirement All values identified as CFD results must be generated directly from completed CFD solver runs. Each reported result must be traceable to a specific simulation Case ID and supported by solver-generated numerical data, boundary conditions, mesh information, convergence records, residual histories, and solver logs. Estimated, manually calculated, interpolated, extrapolated, AI-generated, or otherwise synthesized values must not be presented as actual CFD results. Any derived or interpolated value must be clearly labeled as an estimate and kept separate from actual CFD solver results. Charts, animations, or written conclusions alone will not be accepted without the underlying numerical data. Required Deliverables * CFD model and modeling assumptions * Results for all agreed parameter cases * Solver-generated time-history data * Target-achievement time for each case * CFD animations * Technical summary report * Editable Excel or CSV data * Case IDs linked to the corresponding numerical results * Solver logs and convergence records A scaling correlation, response-surface equation, interpolation method, or reduced-order estimation model based on the completed CFD results would be preferred.
