CIN7 Core Specialist for Wholesale Apparel Company (Inventory, Purchasing & Operations)

Summary

We are a growing men's wholesale apparel company looking for an experienced CIN7 Core Specialist to help our operations team manage inventory, purchasing, sales orders, and day-to-day system administration. This is an ongoing role. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience with CIN7 Core (formerly DEAR Inventory) and understands wholesale apparel operations. Responsibilities CIN7 Core Administration Maintain and organize products, SKUs, styles, colors, and size matrices Create and manage purchase orders Process sales orders and invoices Receive inventory and reconcile stock Perform inventory adjustments and stock transfers Manage warehouses and inventory locations Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies Assist with system setup, workflows, and ongoing maintenance Apparel Operations Maintain apparel SKUs, variants, and product information Coordinate production and incoming inventory Track inventory availability and allocations Assist with purchase order tracking from overseas factories Help maintain accurate inventory levels Reporting Generate inventory reports Sales reports Stock valuation reports Purchase reports Slow-moving inventory reports Custom reports when needed System Integrations Experience with any of the following is a plus: QuickBooks Online Shopify SPS Commerce / EDI Brandboom GS1 UPC management Amazon Warehouse Management Systems Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on CIN7 Core experience Previous experience working for a wholesale apparel company Strong understanding of inventory management Experience with Purchase Orders and Sales Orders Comfortable working with large SKU catalogs (colors and sizes) Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills Excellent attention to detail
