CMF & DFM Consultant

We're a consumer electronics brand based in India, expanding our network of specialists in Color, Material & Finish (CMF), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and product development. What this role involves: - Reviewing and validating CMF choices (color, material, finish) against our specs - Providing DFM guidance — reviewing designs and processes for manufacturability, cost, and quality - Advising on product development as we move from concept to production - Flagging risks or improvements before mass production Requirements: - Industrial design or product development background - Strong CMF and DFM expertise - Experience working directly with factories/manufacturers, ideally in consumer electronics - Willing/able to visit our factory in person for on-site validation if necessary - Fluent in Chinese, able to communicate directly with our suppliers This is an initial engagement to explore fit — if it goes well, we're looking to build an ongoing working relationship for future projects.
