CRM Market Evaluation Consultant

We are seeking a strategic CRM Consultant / Business Analyst to help us evaluate the CRM market and determine the absolute best platform for our specific business model. We don't want to guess or pick a platform simply based on brand name. We need an expert who can deeply understand our current operations, map our workflows, identify friction points, and provide an unbiased, data-backed recommendation on which CRM will best support our growth, automation goals, and tech stack. Scope of Work & Deliverables - Discovery & Needs Assessment: Conduct a thorough audit of our current operational workflows, sales processes, and data-tracking needs. - Feature Mapping & Gap Analysis: Translate our business needs into a technical requirements checklist (e.g., specific automation needs, reporting/analytics, user seat flexibility, custom objects). - Market Research & Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate potential CRM candidates against our budget, technical capabilities, and required integrations (e.g., email, calendar, accounting tools). - Final Recommendation & Roadmap: Deliver a clear, objective comparative analysis and a definitive recommendation on the ideal CRM. Include a high-level roadmap/direction for how the implementation should be structured. Required Experience & Qualifications - Extensive, platform-agnostic experience with major CRM ecosystems. Note: We are looking for an objective advisor, not a single-platform reseller. - Strong background in business analysis, workflow mapping, and operational optimization. - Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business impact and ROI metrics. - Excellent communication skills for conducting stakeholder interviews and presenting final findings.
