CRM & Outreach Coordinator (part-time)

**Overview** Lithodomos (Ancient World) builds AR/VR reconstructions of ancient sites for tour operators, museums and cruise lines. We have an active sales pipeline and a part-automated outreach system, and we need a reliable, organised person to keep it clean and moving — roughly 10–15 hours a week to start, ongoing. This is a coordination and execution role, not a closing role. You keep the machine running so the founder can focus on conversations that matter. **What you'll do** - Keep the CRM (Zoho) tidy and current: update deal stages, log activity, dedupe records, flag stale deals. - Manage outreach follow-ups: queue and send AI-drafted emails after a quick human check, track who's been contacted and when, surface who's gone quiet. - Maintain a clean follow-up schedule so nothing slips and nobody gets over-contacted. - Produce a short weekly pipeline summary: what moved, what's stuck, what needs the founder's attention. **You are** - Meticulous about detail and follow-through — things don't fall through cracks with you. - Comfortable in a CRM (Zoho ideal; HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce fine) and in spreadsheets. - A clear, plain English writer who can sanity-check an email before it goes out. - Self-starting and low-maintenance once you know the routine. **Nice to have:** B2B sales-support background, travel/tourism or SaaS exposure, a second European language. Paid trial (first task if shortlisted):** a 60–90 minute paid task — we'll give you ~20 sample deals in a sheet and ask you to clean them, assign a sensible next step to each, and write the one-paragraph weekly summary. We pay for the trial regardless of outcome.
