CRO Audit for Ecommerce Store

We're launching a wholesale + retail ecommerce store (general merchandise) and need a CRO specialist to review the site before launch and give us a prioritized list of changes that will actually move conversions. What we want: -A focused CRO audit of our main conversion paths: retail checkout, wholesale account signup, and lead/inquiry capture -Recommendations ranked by impact vs. effort -Specific, actionable fixes we can implement fast (CTAs, copy, trust signals, friction points, page flow) -A short reason for each change — why it helps conversion What we do NOT want: -Not a UI/UX redesign or a "rebuild the whole site" proposal -No generic best-practice checklists or padded reports -No pushing tools/features/plugins we don't need -We want doable, high-ROI changes — not a 3-month project You're a fit if you: -Have proven CRO experience with ecommerce (bonus: B2B / wholesale) -Can show real results — case studies, before/after, conversion lifts -Advice on what actually matters
