We run a boutique cybersecurity consultancy focusing on specialized security services. Our website is live, but it isn’t converting traffic into high-value B2B leads/inquiries the way it should. We are NOT looking for a developer or a generic web designer. We need a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist or UX Researcher who understands high-ticket B2B sales psychology to audit our site and tell us exactly why it’s missing the mark. **The Core Goal:** We want to streamline. We do not want a bloated website that lists every security framework under the sun. Our philosophy is to offer the bare minimum required to build absolute trust and convey our expertise, but do it incredibly well. **What You Will Do:** * **Conversion & Trust Audit:** Analyze our current landing pages, messaging, and user journeys. Identify where potential clients lose interest or doubt our authority. * **Gap Analysis (Missing Pages/Features):** Identify what critical elements are currently missing that B2B buyers need to see before reaching out (e.g., a streamlined technical case study structure, clear scope-of-work clarity, or frictionless booking mechanics). * **Bloat Reduction:** Help us cut through the noise. Tell us what to remove so the focus remains entirely on our core strengths. * **Deliverable:** A comprehensive report or video teardown outlining specific, actionable changes to copy, layout, and structure to increase inbound inquiries. **Required Qualifications:** * Proven experience in B2B Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or UX research (experience with technical, SaaS, or professional service industries is a massive plus). * A deep understanding of sales psychology—specifically how to build credibility and trust quickly online. * Ability to focus on minimalism and high-impact design rather than adding unnecessary features. **To Apply, Please Share:** 1.
