CRO Expert Needed

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to help improve the performance of two healthcare-focused organizations: L&C Advanced Practice Management and iOAN Recovery & Wellness Center. Our goal is not to generate more traffic—we already have visitors. We need an expert who can analyze user behavior, identify conversion bottlenecks, and optimize our websites, landing pages, forms, and booking processes to increase the conversion of visitors into leads, appointments, and customers. Experience with healthcare, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and appointment-booking workflows is strongly preferred. Please provide examples of measurable conversion improvements you have achieved for past clients. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dedicated CRO experience Minimum 10 completed CRO projects Proven track record of increasing conversion rates through testing and optimization Ability to provide case studies with measurable results
