PHASE 1 – Website CRO Audit A senior-level CRO audit focused on identifying conversion opportunities across the website customer journey. This includes: • Detailed UX & CRO analysis across mobile, desktop and the website customer journey • Review of website customer behaviour, friction points, trust gaps and conversion bottlenecks • Full review of Homepage, Navigation, Collection Pages, PDPs, Cart and Checkout • Visual annotations highlighting friction points and missed opportunities • Competitor references and CRO best-practice examples • Analysis of Shopify Analytics, heatmaps and session recordings to identify behavioural patterns • Prioritised CRO roadmap • Live Zoom walkthrough explaining the findings, rationale and growth opportunities Completion: 24th June PHASE 2 – Ongoing CRO, Experimentation & Growth Ongoing strategic support focused on improving conversion rate, customer experience and revenue performance across Shopify and associated digital touchpoints. This may include: • A/B testing strategy and execution • Experimentation roadmap development • Hypothesis creation and prioritisation • Performance analysis and reporting • Customer behaviour analysis • Conversion optimisation recommendations • Continuous testing, learning and iteration • Ecommerce growth strategy and optimisation
