CROATIAN & SLOVENIAN customer service

I am in need of a freelancer to provide phone support for my customer service needs in CROATIAN & SLOVENIAN. Skills and Experience: - General customer service skills are sufficient; industry-specific knowledge is not required. - The freelancer should be fluent in Croatian AND Slovenian and have excellent communication skills. - Previous experience in customer service is desired. - The freelancer should be able to handle phone inquiries and provide assistance to customers. - The workload is order volume dependent = can differ daily depending on what is available for you to call - Every working day is needed, weekends need to be worked on too. Important: • You have to call the customers who just bought something in our client's web shop, reach them, and tell them we’re thankful for their order, now it’s confirmed, and that they should be at home on the expected shipping date so the package will be delivered. • Call those who didn’t pick up the day before • If the customer has any questions regarding his/her order, then you can look it up in the client’s system to provide proper information. • Offer upsell options. It can be done in a home office. We provide a dialer for the calls. **please note that the hours are not fixed **if you do not speak both languages please do not apply :) **Basic English is a must as internal communication and training are fully in English
