Summary

We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support an insurance team by issuing certificates of insurance (COIs), preparing quote proposals, assisting with client servicing, and maintaining accurate records. Training on Applied Epic will be provided. Requirements: Fluent in English & Spanish Customer service or insurance support experience Willing to learn Applied Epic Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
