Summary

• Configure SIP trunk to Lumen • Set up NAT • Adjust inbound DID routing from Lumen to CUCM • Adjust outbound DID routing from CUCM to Lumen • Verify bi-directional inbound and outbound audio CUCM Production Cut-over • Adjust inbound DID routing from PRI to Lumen • Adjust outbound DID routing from PRI to Lumen • Verify bi-directional audio (inbound and outbound) • Verify 911/933 routing Notes: • Post cut-over, all production voice traffic will route over the SIP trunk. The PRI will remain idle as a fallback for two weeks, then be decommissioned. Ideal Skills: • Cisco CUCM (Unified Communications Manager) administration and configuration • SIP trunk deployment and troubleshooting • Firewall/NAT configuration for SIP/VoIP • Experience with carrier SIP migrations (Lumen experience a plus) • E911 routing configuration and verification Deliverables: • Working SIP trunk in pre-production with verified bi-directional audio • Successful production cut-over with DID routing fully migrated • Verified 911/933 routing on the new trunk
