We are 8-figure ecommerce brand that operates in USA, and we are looking for ANOTHER customer support agent that will be doing both EMAIL ANSWERING AND PHONE SUPPORT to our customers. THIS IS A LONG TERM POSITION. You will be working with our senior customer support specialist - and you 2 will be working as a team :) ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS: YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK IN USA TIME ZONE, SO FROM 9AM TO 5PM NEW YORK TIME you need to be available for calls. And for EMAILS, we would like you to be online and to answer them through whole USA TIME ZONE - when email comes - you answer (as soon as possible - so our customers are happy :) ) So... if you are not comfortable with these 2 requirements above, please DO NOT APPLY. We are only looking for A players - someone who wants to come here and stay for long. And in return we offer super good payment :) HOW TO APPLY? You need to record a LOOM VIDEO OF YOU TALKING ENGLISH - ABOUT YOUR PAST EXPERIENCE - speak where you have been working, how long, what did you do exactly... - WITH YOU CAMERA ON! PUT LOOM LINK ON TOP OF YOUR APPLICATION. The applications that DO NOT INCLUDE LOOM, we will not even look at them. ONE MORE THING: YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SHOPIFY (how to refund orders, cancel orders, CREATE DRAFT OFTERS, cancel subscription for customers..). So: 1) Native English speaking 2) Available in USA TIME ZONE (9-5 but also preferable 9-8pm usa time for emails, for calls 9-5 is ok) 3) record loom when applying - we need to hear your english 4) shopify experience is required Good luck.
