California Civil Engineer / Land Surveyor — 4-Lot Residential Subdivision

I'm the owner/developer of a 4-lot residential parcel split in the City of Sacramento. The tentative parcel map is already filed and in City review, and I've received Planning and Public Works comments. I'm looking for a California-licensed professional to take the project from here through final map recordation — and ideally the public improvement plans too. Scope of work (phased) Revise the tentative map (immediate need). Update the map to address the City's Public Works conditions: add a right-of-way dedication along the boulevard frontage, recompute gross/net acreage, show all easements (including a shared private access easement to the rear lots), show required frontage improvements conceptually, show driveways for the two existing houses, and show an existing utility pole's location relative to the new street section. Map to be prepared/stamped under your license. Public improvement plans (later phase). To-scale construction drawings for the two street frontages — curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, widening to a major collector section, grading/drainage, signing/striping, and utility coordination (including a possible utility pole relocation if the pole is found in conflict). Final parcel map and monumentation. Boundary survey, recordable parcel map, legal descriptions and plats for the dedication and easements, City/County map check, and setting lot-corner monuments. (This requires a licensed land surveyor — PLS.) Construction support and closeout. Staking, as-builts, final monuments, agency acceptance. Required qualifications Active California PE (civil). Active California PLS, in-house or through a named partner, for the final map and monumentation. Demonstrated experience with City of Sacramento (or comparable California city) subdivision entitlements, tentative and parcel maps, and the Subdivision Map Act. Experience preparing public street-improvement plans to city standards. Please include in your proposal Confirm whether you can do all phases, and how you cover the PLS (in-house or partner). A phased fee estimate — lump sum where scope is firm, hourly for City comment responses — plus your assumptions and exclusions. A rough timeline for the immediate map revision. Confirmation you're comfortable coordinating directly with City of Sacramento Planning and Public Works staff.
