California PE Needed to Revise & Re-Stamp Existing Residential Solar PV Plans

I have a county-approved residential solar PV plan set (San Bernardino County) that needs two specific changes made and re-stamped by a licensed California PE. The original engineer is no longer available. This is NOT a new design. The system is already engineered and approved. I will provide the full existing plan set, detailed redline markups showing exactly what changes on which sheets, and all relevant datasheets. Scope: One interconnection point change (utility compliance requirement) One like-for-like panel substitution (supply availability — same wattage, same dimensions, nearly identical electrical specs) Ideal candidate: CA-licensed PE (Civil or Electrical) Experience with residential solar PV plan stamps Comfortable revising an existing approved plan set rather than designing from scratch This is time-sensitive, Certificate of Occupancy is contingent on solar approval.
