You will call a pre-vetted list of 175 healthcare practices in the Massachusetts area to identify and verify the name and title of the primary decision maker (e.g., Practice Manager, Office Manager, or Clinic Director, Director of Operations, Founder, CEO, Owner [in that order]). This is a straightforward project, but it requires persistence, a polite phone presence, and the ability to professionally navigate medical office gatekeepers. Key Responsibilities Call a list of 175 provided healthcare practices. Professionally bypass automated phone systems and gatekeepers. Verify the First Name, Last Name, and exact job title of the person responsible for operations or purchasing. Accurately log all results, call dates, and notes in a provided Excel spreadsheet. Handle redials for offices that are busy or put you on voicemail (expect 2–3 attempts per office). All practices are eastern standard time so the expected availability is 9am-4pm eastern, but may be adjusted based on when the practices are open. Operating hours can be found on their website. Requirements Flawless spoken English with a clear, professional tone. Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or phone-based data verification.
