Call Assistant (No Sales – Contact Verification Only)

We're looking for a reliable outbound calling assistant to help us verify business contacts for a B2B outreach campaign. This is not a sales position. You will not be pitching services or trying to close deals. Responsibilities Place outbound calls to businesses using our provided dialer. Speak briefly and professionally with whoever answers. Identify whether the person answering is: The business owner or decision-maker A receptionist or secretary Voicemail Another employee Tag each call accurately in our CRM. Add any useful notes (owner's name, best time to call back, direct extension, etc., when naturally provided). Requirements Excellent spoken English. Friendly, professional phone manner. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace. Experience with CRM systems and outbound dialing is a plus. We Provide Calling software and phone system. Training and call scripts. Call lists. Ongoing work for the right person. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and able to stay focused while making a large number of calls each day. Accuracy is more important than sales experience, since your role is simply to identify who answered and record the appropriate information.
