Call Center Operations Manager | Build & Scale a High-Performance Appointment Setting Team

We're looking for an exceptional Call Center Operations Manager to lead and develop our remote appointment setting team. We are a fast-growing medical aesthetics marketing agency helping clinics across the US generate high-value patient consultations. This isn't an admin role. You'll own the performance of our appointment setting department and continuously improve results.
