We're looking for an exceptional Call Center Operations Manager to lead and develop our remote appointment setting team. We are a fast-growing medical aesthetics marketing agency helping clinics across the US generate high-value patient consultations. This isn't an admin role. You'll own the performance of our appointment setting department and continuously improve results. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing a team of remote appointment setters Daily KPI tracking and performance management Coaching underperformers into top performers Conducting call audits and quality assurance Improving show rates and booking rates Building SOPs and improving workflows Hiring and onboarding new setters Reporting performance to leadership Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Client Success We're Looking For Someone Who Has ✅ 3+ years managing remote call center teams ✅ Experience with appointment setters or inside sales teams ✅ Strong understanding of: Show Rate Booking Rate Contact Rate Speed-to-Lead QA Scorecards CRM Reporting ✅ Comfortable using: GoHighLevel (ideal) HubSpot Salesforce Aircall Five9 Dialpad Google Sheets Slack The Type of Leader We Want You're someone who: Loves coaching people Holds people accountable Solves problems before they're escalated Thinks with numbers Builds systems instead of putting out fires Continuously tests new ideas Takes ownership Nice To Have Medical aesthetics experience Marketing agency experience Remote team leadership AI workflow experience CRM automation experience Compensation Competitive monthly salary Performance bonuses Long-term leadership opportunity Potential to build and lead a department of appointment setters
