Call Center Representative (English) Needed for Medical Travel Company

We are looking for an English-speaking Patient Coordinator / Call Center Representative to join our team on a 3-month pilot project starting August 24, 2026. You will represent a premium plastic surgery hospital in Turkey and communicate with prospective patients in the United States. Your role will be to answer incoming calls, provide general information about plastic surgery and other aesthetic treatments, coordinate consultations, and ensure every patient receives a professional and caring experience. No medical advice is required. Before the project officially begins, we will provide paid training sessions so you can become familiar with our services, workflow, and communication standards. Working Hours (Los Angeles Time): * Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (preferred) * We are also open to 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM for the right candidate. * Availability for up to 2 hours on Saturdays is a plus. Compensation: * Competitive flat monthly fee, based on experience. * Performance-based commission for successful patient conversions.
