On-Call IT Field Technician (L1) — Remote Dispatch, California — 4-Hour Response

Description: Envision MSP is looking for a reliable on-call field technician to support clients in California with hands-on IT tasks. This is a remote-dispatch role — you will receive task details and instructions remotely from our team and execute on-site at client locations as needed. What you'll do: New user/workstation setup and deployment Hardware installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs) Basic troubleshooting and break-fix support Printer, peripheral, and network device setup Following remote guidance from our senior team for more complex tasks Requirements: L1-level IT experience (helpdesk, desktop support, or field tech background) Based in California, able to travel to client sites within your region Able to respond to dispatch requests within 4 hours during business hours Comfortable receiving instructions remotely (phone/video) while working on-site Reliable transportation and own basic tools Professional appearance and communication — you represent Envision MSP at client sites Background check required given client industries supported Engagement type: On-call, as-needed basis. Hours vary by month depending on client need. Rate: $50-$60/hour depending on experience
