Summary

We’re looking for a Canada-based phone/admin specialist to help students complete enrollment and financing after they have already spoken with our sales team. We are a mature online education company with 15,000+ students, 10+ years in business. This is a long-term role inside an established operation. This is not cold calling and not a closing role. Our closers speak with prospective students, confirm fit, and get them to the point of enrollment. From there, we want to warm-handoff the student to someone who can help them complete the payment/financing process. This person will specialize in helping students find the cleanest payment path using different combinations of financing options, payment links, step-down approvals, credit-card-based plans, and follow-up. The role involves: * Speaking with students live by phone/Zoom * Walking them through financing/payment options * Helping with applications, payment links, and checkout issues * Finding creative payment-path solutions when one option does not work * Following up quickly when someone gets stuck * Keeping the student calm, warm, and moving forward * Being assertive enough to keep the process moving efficiently * Updating notes/CRM clearly * Improving the process and building simple systems as the role develops The right person is: * Excellent on the phone * Sharp, confident, enthusiastic, and fast * Calm and professional, but not passive * Assertive without being pushy * Technical enough to handle links, forms, applications, CRM, payment tools, and troubleshooting * Financially/logistically sharp enough to understand different payment combinations * Organized and very quick with follow-up * Good at solving problems without needing every step spoon-fed * Motivated by performance and able to handle multiple financing calls efficiently Relevant backgrounds: * Phone support * Customer success * Sales support * Enrollment/admissions * Call center * Executive assistant with heavy phone experience * Loan processing / mortgage assistant * Billing or payment support * Account management * Collections or payment-plan support Canada-based only. Vancouver/BC is preferred, but anywhere in Canada is fine for the right person. Schedule / availability: This will start as a part-time to near full-time role, roughly 25–35 hours per week, during live North American sales windows. This is not purely flexible async admin work. We need someone available for warm handoffs, student calls, payment troubleshooting, and fast follow-up during business hours. Ideal availability would include consistent weekday blocks between roughly 9am–6pm Pacific / 12pm–9pm Eastern. Exact hours can be discussed based on fit. Compensation: $30–$50 USD/hr depending on experience, plus a bonus per successfully funded enrollment. For the right person, the goal is a long-term role with total compensation around $4,500–$5,500 USD/month depending on hours, performance, and enrollment volume. To apply, please include: 1.
