Canadian Expert Needed for Business Valuation

I’m looking for a Canada-based CPA, CFO, or business valuation professional with direct experience preparing practical FMV support memos for small business asset transfers. Please only apply if you are based in Canada or have direct Canadian valuation/accounting/tax experience. I am not looking for offshore analysts or generic financial modellers for this project. I already have a prepared inventory schedule with units, cost, location, estimated removal/prep/shipping costs, and estimated transfer value. I can also provide financial statements, inventory reports, and other backup documents as needed. What I am looking for? - Short FMV support memo - Brief comment on why intangible value is limited - Reasonable FMV range/conclusion - Since this is related party asset transfer, I want it to be defensible. Due to the low-value of this asset transfer ($4000 - $5000 CAD), I am looking for someone who can keep the scope and cost reasonable rather than preparing a several-thousand-dollar formal valuation report.
